Ian is a Managing Partner in MML’s UK investment team. He has led a number of transactions for MML including WSH (contract catering), EIC (engineered facilities management) and Vanguard Healthcare (modular operating theatres). Ian represents MML on the boards of EIC and Vanguard. Prior to joining MML Capital Partners Ian spent 7 years with 3i where he gained a wide variety of deal experience. In his final two years at 3i Ian specialised in minority investing. At 3i his investments included Hayley Conference Centres, Petrochem Carless (petrochemical refining), Fairways (funeral homes) and Early Learning Centre (educational retailer). Ian started his career as a commodity trader with Cargill Plc where he spent 7 years.
