Bal's deals include The Regard Partnership, Workplace Systems, GWK Group, Tradesource Printing, Jungle Online, SmartStream Banking, Recognition, Complete Care, Telecity, Actinic and Ascent serving on a number of Boards. Bal started his career as a Management Consultant with Accenture later working as a Financial Analyst at HSBC.
