Shawn St. Jean

Shawn is a member of MML’s U.S. investment team. He has worked on a number of transactions for MML including Precision Valve, Yonkers Racing, PaR Systems, Argyle Security, TNT Crane, XServ, DBM, JJI Lighting, Waterbury Companies, and IAC. Shawn represents MML on the board of Precision Valve. 

Prior to joining MML, Shawn spent nine years in private equity, evaluating, structuring and executing investments in middle market manufacturing and service companies. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. Shawn graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Finance, Commonwealth Scholar, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
