Richard Mayers

Richard is an Investment Director in MML’s UK investment team with over 12 years of banking and PE transaction experience. 

Prior to joining MML, Richard worked at National Australia Bank as a Director in the Leverage Finance team leading a large number of mid-market PE financing transactions including Retail Decisions, Clarion Events, AKW Medicare and Healthcare at Home.

Richard started his career at Arthur Andersen, Global Corporate Finance, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. This was followed by periods at Ernst & Young and Goldman Sachs European Leverage Finance before he joined NAB. Richard graduated from the University of Nottingham in 1996 with a BA Honours degree in Geography.
