Since the 2006 LBO Vulcanic has traded strongly, continued to expand its electrothermic and transformer activities in Europe and beyond and generated significant cash. Accordingly, with the approval of the senior lenders, on 30 April 2010 MML Capital Partners received early repayment of one third of its mezzanine investment.
