We make both minority and majority investments typically investing EUR 10 – EUR 50 million in the following situations;
Expansion / Acquisition Capital - providing capital for business to grow organically through geographical or other expansion plans or for acquisitions.
Management-led Equity Deals - partnering with management teams to enable them to increase their shareholding or to acquire their business.
Recapitalisations - providing capital to enable owners, both institutions and owner-managers, to realise significant proceeds without the need for a full sale of the business.
Buy-outs - investing as lead or co-sponsor in buy-outs and public-to-private transactions.
