We make both minority and majority investments typically investing between EUR 10 – EUR 50 million in the following situations ;

Partnering with management teams to enable them to increase their shareholding or to acquire their business

recapitalisations
Providing capital to enable owners, both institutions and owner-managers, to realise significant proceeds without the need for a full sale of the business

buy-outs
Investing as lead or co-sponsor in buy-outs and public-to-private transactions
